1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Laser Tactic Club's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Description

Laser Tactic Club provides Bluetooth laser combat training, tactical simulation, and related entertainment services. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Laser combat training sessions
• Equipment rental and setup
• Membership programs
• Special events and tournaments
• Private group sessions

3. Age Requirements

Participants must be at least 10 years of age. Participants under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent and supervision may be required. We reserve the right to verify age and refuse service to anyone who does not meet age requirements.

4. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings: All bookings must be made through our official booking system. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund
• No-shows: No refund

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, full refunds or rescheduling options will be provided.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our website. All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated.

Membership fees are billed according to the selected membership plan. Auto-renewal memberships will be charged automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Safety and Conduct

Safety Rules:

• Follow all safety instructions provided by staff
• Use equipment only as instructed
• No running in non-designated areas
• No physical contact or aggressive behavior
• Respect other participants and staff

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates safety rules or engages in inappropriate conduct without refund.

7. Equipment and Liability

All equipment provided by Laser Tactic Club remains our property. Participants are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence. A security deposit may be required for equipment rental.

While we maintain high safety standards, participants engage in activities at their own risk. We are not liable for injuries resulting from participation in our activities, except where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Laser Tactic Club and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laser Tactic Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
