General Questions

What is laser combat?

Laser combat is a safe, high-tech tactical training experience using Bluetooth-enabled laser weapons. Players engage in realistic combat scenarios with instant hit detection, real-time scoring, and no physical projectiles. It's completely safe and suitable for all skill levels.

Is it safe?

Yes, absolutely! Our laser weapons use Class 1 laser diodes which are completely eye-safe. There are no physical projectiles, so there's no risk of injury from impacts. All equipment is regularly maintained and inspected for safety.

What age groups can participate?

Our activities are suitable for ages 10 and up. Participants under 18 require parental consent. We offer special youth programs and family-friendly sessions. Some advanced training sessions may have higher age requirements.

Do I need experience?

No experience necessary! We welcome complete beginners and provide all necessary training. Our staff will guide you through equipment use, safety protocols, and basic tactics before your session begins.

Booking & Reservations

How do I book a session?

You can book online through our booking calendar, call us at +359897260910, or visit our facility in person. Online bookings are available 24/7 and show real-time availability.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes! Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations 24-48 hours in advance receive a 50% refund. You can reschedule through your account or by contacting us.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance, especially for weekends and peak times. However, same-day bookings are often available. Group bookings should be made at least one week in advance.

What is the maximum group size?

Standard sessions accommodate up to 12 participants. For larger groups, we offer special arrangements and can accommodate up to 50 participants with advance notice. Contact us for group booking options.

Membership & Pricing

What membership options are available?

We offer Basic, Pro, and Premium membership tiers. Each tier includes different benefits such as session credits, discounts, priority booking, and exclusive access to events. Visit our membership page for detailed information.

Do memberships auto-renew?

Memberships can be set to auto-renew or manual renewal. You can manage your renewal preferences in your account settings. Auto-renewal can be cancelled at any time before the renewal date.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

Yes! You can change your membership tier at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Contact support for assistance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, and online payment methods. Payment is processed securely through our payment system.

Equipment & Facilities

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

No, all equipment is provided! We supply Bluetooth laser weapons, sensors, and all necessary gear. You just need to wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for physical activity.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, athletic clothing that allows for movement. Closed-toe shoes are required. Avoid loose jewelry or accessories that could interfere with equipment. We provide safety vests and protective gear.

How does the Bluetooth laser system work?

Our advanced Bluetooth 5.0 system connects all weapons and sensors in real-time. When you hit a target, the sensor detects the laser and instantly sends feedback to the central system, which tracks scores and eliminations automatically.

Is the equipment safe for children?

Yes! Our equipment is designed to be safe for all ages. The lasers are Class 1 (eye-safe), and all equipment is lightweight and easy to handle. We provide appropriately sized equipment for younger participants.
